So now you're finally on Cloud 9!  

In February, we begin to emerge from the quiet of January in both Murphys and Clarksburg.  Murphys' tasting room is now open Wednesday thru Sunday, and the number of special events in both Murphys and Clarksburg is starting to increase.  The weather is getting warmer and the crowds - while still smaller - are more energetic and engaged.  A great time to visit either site!

But wait!  Are you just discovering Cloud 9 wines?  Maybe we should explain a little bit about us.

Far more than "just another pretty package (with an etherial name)," Cloud 9 produces three of the most distincitive wines on terra firma: Cloud 9 Composition - a revolutionary "cross regional" blend (grapes with their origins in two French regions as well as in Spain and Italy), Seity - Zinfandel from Vineyard 1869 - the oldest Zinfandel vines in California and Rapport - a distinctively fruit-forward ruby dessert wine produced from classic Portuguese port varietals.  On the pages of this site, we will communicate our philosophy of winemaking and introduce you to the manifestation of this philosophy in exclusive wines that are truly unique.  In the process, we hope to welcome you to the growing family of Cloud 9 fans.
